Cancellation Policy

While I understand things may come up, I kindly ask for a notice as soon as possible for cancellations/rescheduling to ensure a smooth experience for my guest. All deposits are non refundable A fee of 50% of the service will be charged for any cancellation if under 48 hours of your schedule appointment. A fee of 100% of your service will be charged for no shows and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours. Please let us know asap if you are running behind , your appointment will be cancelled if you are 20 minutes late. Please contact us if you have any questions !
